SuperBajji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the SuperBajji platform and its users. They apply to the use of all SuperBajji services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slot games, virtual sports, and other gaming services.

SuperBajji reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. For significant changes, registered members will be notified in advance via email or SMS.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the master document. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation of SuperBajji's management committee shall be considered final.

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
• SuperBajji's services are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be used for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party.
• By accessing any part of the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

2Account Registration & Verification

To register on SuperBajji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per person. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

• Your full name, mobile number, and date of birth must be entered accurately at registration.
• KYC verification using a National ID or passport must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact SuperBajji support immediately.
• Accounts cannot be transferred in the event of death or incapacitation.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

SuperBajji currently accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. If there's a delay for any reason, please contact the support team. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. However, large withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If you claim a bonus after making a deposit, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account's verification level.
• Any attempt to reverse a deposit or initiate a chargeback will result in permanent account closure.

4Betting Rules & Conditions

Once a bet is confirmed on SuperBajji, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash out option is used. Please review all details carefully before submitting your bet.

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection will be removed and the remaining selections will determine the outcome.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳200.
• Odds across betting markets may change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is submitted are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, SuperBajji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets placed during live betting may not be accepted due to network latency — SuperBajji is not liable in such cases.
• If evidence of match fixing or any other irregularity is found, SuperBajji may void all bets on the match in question.
• Maximum winnings are capped at ৳10,00,000 per bet or ৳50,00,000 per week. Any amount exceeding these limits will be paid at SuperBajji's discretion.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

All bonuses and promotions on SuperBajji are offered under specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with its associated terms.

Welcome bonuses are typically subject to a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x, meaning you must place a specified amount in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 using bonus funds will count towards wagering requirements.
• For free bets, the original stake will not be returned — only the winnings can be withdrawn.
• Reload bonuses may not be claimed more than once per week.
• SuperBajji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

6Prohibited Activities & Conduct

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the SuperBajji platform. Violations will be met with serious consequences, including account closure and legal action.

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity or committing identity fraud.
• Using SuperBajji for money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities found in SuperBajji's system.
• Exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts.
• Spreading false information in SuperBajji's name or attempting to damage the reputation of the company.

7Account Suspension or Closure

SuperBajji may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to respond to identity verification requests.
• Suspected fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded within 7 business days of closure, though this timeline may be extended if an investigation is ongoing.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

SuperBajji is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we've put several safeguards in place on the platform.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

SuperBajji shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the following:

• Bets not accepted due to internet or network issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.

• Account credentials leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
